We only produce the quantities ordered, with no excess stock. You place your order during the pre-sale period and receive your product within 6 weeks.
The pre-sale is open from June 24th to July 5th inclusive. After this date, the store closes and orders are no longer accepted.
You have until the end of the presale to contact us at shop@campus.coach. After this deadline, production will start, and we will no longer be able to modify or cancel your order.
Check your spam folder first. If you don't find anything, email us at shop@campus.coach with your first name and the email address you used.
Within 6 weeks of your order. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
In mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands and Luxembourg. No international delivery for now.
